Mepilex Self Adhesive Foam Dressing
Mepilex Foam Dressing is atraumatic to the wound and sorrounding skin upon removal. Mepilex promotes patient comfort during wear and may be lifted and adjusted without lose to it's adherent properties. Mepilex may remain in place for several days depending on the condition of the wound and may be cut to size. Mepilex Self Adhesive Foam Dressing minimizes both trauma to the wound and pain to the patient during dressing changes. The Safetac layer prevents Mepilex Self Adhesive Foam Dressing from sticking to the most wound bed yet it adheres gently to the surrounding skin. The gentle adhesion frees both hands for easy application of secondary fixation. Mepilex Self Adhesive Foam Dressing absorbs effectively and ensures a low risk of maceration.
